Happy, Snappy Fashion Still Life Photographer Alison Katica Blomgren loves color, which is evident in all of her product work. Not one to shy away from the bold hues and tactile texture, her images pop off the screen or the page or the billboard bringing a moment of whimsical joy. Here we are showing several recent projects that bring out the best in her aesthetic. In several of these projects she collaborated with stylist Rachel Grunig. The two make a great pair and a creative force. More from Alison online at https://lnkd.in/gVnqs5C.
Alison found her way to commercial photography through the art world, studying photography and print art at Cornish College of the Arts, where she cultivated a creative and dynamic approach to her work. She started her photography career at Nordstrom, where she was known for her work shooting cosmetics and jewelry and continues to work with some of the top fashion retailers in the PNW.
Alison is drawn to color, shine, and drama in her work and has a great appreciation for design and handmade goods.
